  • Delivery Areas: We currently serve Tamkuhi Raj, Sewarhi, Fazilnagar, and Kasia. Orders outside these areas may not be accepted.
  • Timings: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Fees: Delivery charges may apply based on order value and distance.

5Returns and Refunds

We strive for customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Please report any issues within 30 minutes of delivery for a replacement or refund.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before the vendor accepts them. Once prepared or dispatched, cancellations may not be allowed.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
