Account Deletion Request

We respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to tamkuhibazaar@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include your registered phone number or email address in the message body.
  4. Our support team will verify your identity and process the deletion.

Timeline

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of receiving a verified request.

Warning

This action is irreversible. Once deleted, you will lose access to your order history and saved preferences.

What Data is Deleted?

  • Profile Information (Name, Phone, Email)
  • Saved Delivery Addresses
  • Payment Information (if saved)
  • Device & App Usage Data

* Note: Some order transaction records may be retained in an anonymized format solely for legal and accounting purposes.
